Christine started her career in the retail and hospitality industries before joining Absa in 1998, and Nedbank in 2000 as a bank clerk.  She displayed her leadership talents early in her career and was awarded supervision and management roles as recognition for her achievements in world-class customer service, sales optimization, sales, and regulatory compliance. 

Christine started her corporate career after obtaining her BA degree in Psychology and Communication Studies. Her 16-year career journey includes serving on junior, middle- and senior management levels across divisions, and she received numerous recognition and achievement awards as a testament to her leadership and management abilities.

She started coaching in 2005, and has over 2500 hours experience in coaching, counselling and trauma debriefing.

She founded her own coaching and training company in 2016 and is proud to be associated with The Transformation Lab (Pty) Ltd.  Her clients include Nedbank, Absa, Hollard, iToo, Massmart, Itec Tiyende, Midcomp, and various small businesses and private individuals.
